From the Pastor
The "NEW" in our name, means more than just "another church." It also means a "different kind" of church. Yes, we will continue to speak and live the time-honored message of Jesus Christ. That is our mission. But, we will live and speak it in new ways that are relevant to the community.
We are developing partnerships with other help organizations in the area, working with them to strengthen the community. We are working together with other churches to identify and meet the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of people.
Along with a full-range of activities for all age groups, we are taking an innovative approach to Bible Study. Each week our children will take "Journeys with God," learning lessons in exciting new ways. Our youth will go to "The Summit" of spiritual discovery, and the Adults will be involved in "Bible Seminars" designed to help them live their faith everyday.
At New Heights Baptist Church we believe in the supremacy of Jesus Christ, the need for every person to develop a personal relationship with God, and the command of Christ to "love God with all our hearts, and our neighbors as ourselves."
