Navigation:

We've made every effort to make it easy to find your way around our site. We use "tab" style navigation. Just click a tab to go to that area of the site. You'll also see links to the site content along the right hand side of the page. Click these links to go directly to an article.

Searching:

As the amount of content grows, search capability will become more important in order to find what you need quickly. All of our content is indexed and fully searchable. Just enter a keyword(s) in the search box and click the "GO" button. Your results will be displayed on a separate page with links to the matching content. You can also narrow your search by choosing a specific category. 

Newsletter:

We now have an e-mail version of our monthly newsletter! You can add yourself to our mailing list just by entering your e-mail address and clicking the "GO" button.




Photo Gallery:

This is sure to be one of the most popular areas of our website. We have albums set up for each and every church in the association. We'll use the area to post pictures of the various events that take place during the year.

Site Organization:

The MBA Website is organized into 8 areas:

This is the very first page visitors see when they enter the web site.  Its purpose is to provide a quick summary of relevant Association news as well as upcoming events at our various churches. If the article summary title is displayed as a hyperlink, you can click the link to read the entire article. Once the full article is displayed you'll have two additional options available:  1) Print the article in a printer friendly format, and 2) Email the article to a friend. These are handy tools to encourage you to share the information with others.

Our Church Directory provides a quick way to locate the address, phone, email and web site for every church in the association.  In addition, we provide a detailed map and driving instructions for every location (provided by Yahoo Maps). You'll also see a link to the Church Photo Album and Church Profile.

Our download area contains a number of useful Association documents in Microsoft Word format. You can view these files online, print or download them directly to your PC. Don't have Microsoft Word installed? No Problem! We've provided a link to a free copy of Microsoft's Word Viewer which will allow you to view/print the files.

This area contains all the previous issues of our monthly newsletter.  You can view them online or print a hardcopy. If you prefer, you can subscribe to our email list and receive the newsletter in your inbox every month!

We've gathered a wealth of Bible Study resources into one location.  You can research scripture, plan a sermon, or just enjoy reading a daily devotional.

In addition to our Bible Study links, we also have a "Christian Links".  This is an area for Christian resources other than study material.




Here you'll find general information about the Macon Baptist Association. You'll also find contact information and email links for our staff.

We've installed a full-featured photo gallery on our site. The photos are organized into "albums" that you can browse by clicking thumbnail images. You can also view a slideshow and email pictures as e-postcards! The system is very easy to use.
